Student leave and grant of Indefinite Leave

“  I originally came to the UK on a Student visa in 2001 and continued to remain in the UK lawfully. In 2009, my application for an extension of my student visa was initially refused and I contacted a number of legal advisors to seek advice in relation to what options were available to me and also the costs attached.

At the time, I was studying nearby to Ealing Broadway and happened to notice Hudson Legal’s signboard across the Ealing Broadway underground station.  I visited the office and spoke with the immigration advisor and we went through the refusal decision together.
